Founded in 2021 by Justin Ballou, Freedom Heating & Cooling was built on a simple yet powerful vision — to bring honesty, integrity, and true craftsmanship back to the HVAC industry. With over 15 years of experience, Justin saw firsthand how customers were often treated as transactions instead of people. He set out to create a company where fairness, trust, and professionalism come first — where every client can feel confident knowing they’re in good hands.
